Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

The English version of this Policy is the controlling and authoritative version. Translations are provided for convenience only and have no legal effect.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Pixora ("the Service"). The Service is a prompt-only AI text-to-image generator. It does not accept image, video, face, file, or media uploads, and it does not provide face-swap, video face-swap, facial manipulation, facial recognition, or biometric processing features. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, reporting to payment processors, card networks, hosting providers, or law enforcement, and other actions permitted by law.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute:

  • Pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit content: Pornographic material, nudity, erotic content, fetish content, sexual acts, sexually explicit material, or any imagery or media designed for sexual gratification, including AI-generated content. Adult content is permanently and categorically prohibited and will not be generated under any circumstances.
  • NCII: Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Sexually explicit content depicting an identifiable person without their explicit, informed consent. This includes content covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act (15 U.S.C. § 6851 et seq.).
  • Minors or age-ambiguous persons: Any sexual, suggestive, intimate, exploitative, abusive, or age-ambiguous content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors, including AI-generated content. Such content is strictly prohibited; possession or distribution is illegal under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2256) and most jurisdictions worldwide.
  • Celebrity / public figure misuse: Content depicting celebrities, politicians, or other public figures without their consent in a manner intended to deceive, defame, or sexualize.
  • Identity theft and fraud: Content created with the intent to impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes, including bypassing identity verification systems (KYC).
  • Harassment, defamation, revenge imagery: Content created to harass, defame, intimidate, or harm specific individuals.
  • Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable U.S. federal, state, or international law.
  • Circumvention of safety systems: Any attempt to bypass, evade, disable, manipulate, reverse engineer, or test the limits of our content moderation, filters, safety systems, rate limits, or enforcement mechanisms.

3. Content Moderation and Safety Controls

We apply automated content moderation to text prompts before generation and to generated images before they are displayed or made available for download. We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove outputs, restrict accounts, and retain limited safety and compliance logs where necessary to enforce this AUP, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and cooperate with payment processors, card networks, hosting providers, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.

4. Prompt Requirements

  • You are responsible for the text prompts you submit and confirm you have the right to use them.
  • You must not craft prompts intended to depict a real, identifiable person in a sexual, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or non-consensual manner.
  • You must not craft prompts intended to depict minors or persons who appear to be minors in any prohibited context. The Service does not accept image, video, face, file, or media uploads.

5. Output Requirements

  • We may add visible watermarks or C2PA metadata to outputs in future versions to assist with AI-content identification.
  • You must not misrepresent AI-generated images as authentic photographs or as depicting real events or real people.
  • You must clearly label images from this Service as AI-generated, especially when sharing them publicly.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

If you believe content created on or hosted by Pixora violates this AUP or your rights, including content covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, please submit a report at:

https://ultrafaceswap.com/report-abuse

We will process valid and sufficiently detailed reports promptly and, where applicable, remove covered content within 48 hours as required by law.

7. Violation Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in any of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Immediate removal of violating content
  • Account warning
  • Restriction of account features (e.g., reducing generation limits or disabling generation)
  • Permanent account termination
  • Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. We do not provide refunds for credits or compute already consumed in violation of this AUP, except where required by law.
  • Reporting to law enforcement and cooperation with investigations
  • Pursuit of civil damages where applicable
  • Retention of relevant safety and compliance logs
  • Cooperation with payment processors, card networks, hosting providers, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in law, our services, or industry standards. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
