Credit Pack Refunds (One-Time Purchase)
For one-time credit pack purchases, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
Eligible for Full Refund
Unused Credits Condition
Your account's remaining credits must be greater than or equal to the credits you purchased. This means you haven't used any credits from the purchased pack.
Bonus Credits Excluded
Daily check-in bonus credits, new user bonus credits, and any promotional credits are NOT counted toward your remaining balance when calculating refund eligibility.
Example Scenarios
Eligible for Refund
You purchased 1000 credits. Your current balance is 1050 credits (1000 purchased + 50 from daily check-in). Since your purchased credits (1000) are still available, you qualify for a full refund of your credit pack purchase.
NOT Eligible for Refund
You purchased 1000 credits. Your current balance is 800 credits. Since you've used 200 credits from your purchased pack, you no longer qualify for a refund.
NOT Eligible for Refund
- -You have used any portion of the purchased credits
- -Your remaining credits (excluding bonus credits) are less than the purchased amount
- -More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
Subscription Cancellation (Monthly/Annual Plans)
For monthly and annual subscription plans, please note the following:
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until then.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Prevention
Canceling your subscription prevents future automatic charges. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Example Scenarios
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
You subscribed on December 1st and paid for one month. If you cancel on December 15th, you will still have access until December 31st. No refund will be issued, but you won't be charged again on January 1st.
Annual Subscription Cancellation
You subscribed on January 1st for an annual plan. If you cancel on March 15th, you will retain access until December 31st. No partial refund will be issued for the remaining months.

Subscription Cancellation
Subscription cancellations will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it typically takes 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
