What's New?
To avoid issues with long processing times or closed browser pages, we've upgraded our system. Now you can easily check your task results at any time, even if you closed the page during processing.

How to Check Your Task Results
Go to 'My Works' Page
Click 'My Works' in the navigation menu to view all your tasks
Find Your Task
Locate the task you want to check in the list. Tasks show their current status (Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed)
Click the Refresh Button
Click the refresh button next to your task and wait patiently. The system will query the latest status from our processing server and display the result. This usually takes 10-30 minutes depending on task complexity.
Automatic Credit Refund
If your task fails for any reason, the system will automatically refund the credits to your account. No manual intervention needed - we've got you covered!
